It depends on the scope. An organizational diagnosis takes 3 to 5 weeks; a full salary study, 6 to 10 weeks; an organizational redesign implementation can run 3 to 6 months. The proposal always includes a timeline with milestones and deliverables per phase.
Our focus is mid-sized and large companies, and family businesses going through professionalization. For smaller companies we offer narrower scopes, such as job manuals or a one-off payroll audit.
Per project with a closed scope, through a bank of support hours, or through a monthly retainer when the role is that of a permanent business partner. The format is defined after the initial diagnosis, which is free of charge.

Yes. We work throughout Colombia in a hybrid format: on-site sessions at key milestones and remote work for the rest of the project. We also serve clients in Ecuador, Peru and Panama.
We sign a confidentiality agreement before receiving any data. Salary and personnel information is handled under Colombian data protection Law 1581 of 2012, with access restricted to the team assigned to the project.
We are not a development firm. We automate processes with the tools your company already has or with market platforms, and we build dashboards and integrations when the process requires it. Technology is the means, not the service.
Yes. All projects include follow-up at 30, 60 and 90 days. After that, many clients continue with a monthly support arrangement.
